No, a referral is not essential, however, many of our clients are referred by Ophthalmologists, Occupational Therapists, Optometrists and other Health Care Professionals. If you have a recent report or your current spectacle prescription, please bring them to your appointment.

Yes you can, however, we do not submit medical aid claims directly. After your assessment, we provide an itemised invoice that you can submit to your medical aid if your plan offers benefits for the services or the products received. We are happy to provide supporting documents or clinical motivation as needed. Prescription spectacle lenses supplied as part of your wearable technology solution may be claimable depending on your plan.
